Stewart, Fields & Associates, Inc. was established in July 1995 and provides a variety of financial services to individual and commercial accounts. The agency is appointed with over thirty insurance companies, enabling the staff to serve the needs of their customers in a complete manner.
 Allen E. Fields worked in both the corporate and non-profit sector before pursuing an insurance career with New York Life Insurance Company in 1990. Allen has earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter and Registered Health Underwriter designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He also holds the designation of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow. Allen specializes in all forms of employer-sponsored benefit plans, both fully insured and self-insured, with a concentration on medical insurance and non-medical ancillary benefits. Allen has 2 children and lives in Winston-Salem with his wife Betsy.
